Data Deletion

This page tells you how to ask Netbase JSC to delete personal data WACRM holds about you — whether you are a shop using WACRM, a staff member with workspace access, or a contact who messaged a WACRM number and wants their conversation history and phone number removed from our records.

Effective date · Version 1.0

1. Who this is for

Anyone whose personal data WACRM holds can ask for deletion: a shop owner or staff member with a workspace, a person who requested early access, or a customer whose phone number and message history are stored by a shop using WACRM.

2. How to ask for deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your request or account, or send a WhatsApp message to +84 937 869 689, and tell us:

  • What you want deleted (your account, your workspace's data, or a specific contact's data).
  • The email address, workspace name, or WhatsApp number tied to the data.

If you are a customer of a shop that uses WACRM and want your message history removed, you can also ask the shop directly — they control their own workspace's contact data.

3. What happens next

We verify the request comes from the account holder (or an authorised contact for a workspace), then delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data in our systems: our customer management system, the WACRM application database, and any support records tied to the request. Message delivery logs held by Meta on the WhatsApp Business Platform are controlled by Meta's own retention and deletion rules, separate from WACRM.

4. How long it takes

We confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we must keep a record for one of the reasons in section 5.

5. What may stay on file

We may keep a minimal record (for example, that a deletion request was made and completed, or billing records required by tax law) where retention is required by law or necessary to defend a legal claim. See the Privacy Policy for general retention periods.
