WhatsApp message pricing calculator

See what a WhatsApp broadcast actually costs before you send it: pick a country and a message category (Marketing, Utility & Authentication, or Service), then enter how many messages you plan to send. The calculator multiplies your volume by Meta's own per-message rate for that market — WACRM takes 0% markup, so you pay Meta directly.

Does WACRM work in my industry?

Yes — WACRM is built for online shops and service businesses of any industry that message customers on WhatsApp, from ecommerce to salons and clinics.

How do I pay for WACRM?

Contracts and invoices are issued by Netbase JSC; payment is by bank transfer to the company account or PayPal Business. WhatsApp message fees themselves are billed separately by Meta.

Who do I talk to about my numbers?

Huy Nguyen (David), WACRM's Founder & CEO, answers pricing questions directly over WhatsApp or email — see the card below.

Are these prices guaranteed to be accurate?

They are Meta's published list rates effective 1 October 2026, copied from the USD rate file linked on Meta's own pricing page on the date shown in this tool. Meta can change prices; always confirm on Meta's own documentation before making a budget decision.

Which category does an order confirmation fall into?

Order and delivery updates sent to a customer who already has an order with you are typically Utility messages. A promotional broadcast is Marketing. A one-time passcode is Authentication.
