WhatsApp ROI calculator
WACRM's ROI Calculator estimates monthly revenue your business is likely losing to three problems — service no-shows, cash-on-delivery returns (RTO), and abandoned online carts — and how much an automated WhatsApp reminder could realistically recover. Fill in only the section that matches your business, adjust any rate that doesn't fit your market, and results update instantly.
By the WACRM team Updated
No-show calculator (service businesses)
For salons, clinics, consultants and other businesses that take bookings.
Prefilled from the preset above — type your own rate if you track it.
Estimated monthly revenue lost to no-shows
0
Estimated monthly revenue recoverable with automated reminders
0
Based on automated WhatsApp reminders cutting no-shows by about half — see Sources below.
COD / RTO calculator (ecommerce)
For online shops that accept cash on delivery and lose orders to returns-to-origin.
There is no reliable cross-market RTO statistic to prefill here — use your own courier or order-management data.
Estimated monthly revenue lost to RTO
0
WhatsApp order confirmation before dispatch is the standard way shops catch a bad or unwanted order before it ships — see the COD confirmation guide below. We do not show a specific recovery percentage here, since there is no solid cross-market figure for it.
Abandoned cart calculator (ecommerce)
For online shops of any size losing sales at checkout.
Prefilled with the global ecommerce average — see Sources below.
This is a conservative starting assumption, not a cited statistic — adjust it if you have your own recovery data.
Estimated abandoned carts per month
0
Estimated value of abandoned carts
0
Estimated monthly revenue recoverable
0
Combined potential monthly recovery (no-shows + abandoned carts)
0
Optional total of the two sections above that have a recovery estimate; RTO loss is not included since this tool does not assume a specific RTO recovery rate.

Optional — your result above is already complete. We only use this to send you a copy and, if you want, help you set it up on WACRM.
How to use this calculator
- 1
Pick the section(s) that match your business
Use the no-show calculator for a service business, the COD/RTO calculator for cash-on-delivery ecommerce, or the abandoned-cart calculator for any online store — fill in only what applies to you.
- 2
Enter your own numbers or adjust the presets
Start from a business-type preset for the no-show rate, or type your own figures for appointments, orders, checkouts and order values.
- 3
Adjust any rate that is not a fact for your market
The RTO rate and the cart-recovery rate are editable starting assumptions, not published statistics — change them to match what you actually see in your own business.
- 4
Read the estimated monthly loss and recoverable amount
Each section shows its own current loss and what automated WhatsApp reminders could realistically recover, updating live as you type.

Frequently asked questions
Can WACRM work with a business in my country?
Yes. WACRM is delivered remotely, so a business in any country can use it — this calculator works in any currency too, since every result is just your own numbers multiplied together.
Does WACRM work in my industry?
Yes — WACRM is built for both ecommerce and service businesses of any industry, which is why this calculator has a separate section for no-shows (services) and for COD/RTO and abandoned carts (ecommerce).
How do I pay for WACRM?
Contracts and invoices are issued by Netbase JSC, paid by bank transfer or PayPal Business. This calculator itself is free and does not require signing up.
Who do I talk to about my numbers?
Huy Nguyen (David), WACRM's Founder & CEO, answers questions about your results directly over WhatsApp or email — see the card below.
Where do these percentages come from?
The no-show rates (23% service average, 12.5% beauty, 27% healthcare) and the 70% cart-abandonment rate are cited industry figures — see Sources below. The RTO rate and the 10% cart-recovery rate are not cited statistics; they are editable starting assumptions you should replace with your own data.
Does this calculator send any of my numbers anywhere?
No. Every calculation runs in your own browser with plain JavaScript; nothing you type is sent to WACRM or anyone else unless you choose to email yourself a copy of the result.
What if I only run an ecommerce or a service business, not both?
Fill in only the section(s) that apply to you and leave the others at zero — the three calculators are independent and do not need each other to produce a result.
How does WhatsApp actually reduce RTO?
By confirming the order with the customer over WhatsApp before it ships, so a cancellation or wrong address gets caught before you pay for a failed delivery — see the COD confirmation guide linked below for how shops set this up. This tool does not assume a specific RTO reduction percentage, since there is no solid cross-market figure for it.
