How to use this grader

Go through each checklist item honestly
Answer for your profile as it is today, not as you plan for it to be — a few minutes of honesty gives a far more useful score than guessing yes on everything.

Mark N/A where it genuinely does not apply
A fully online business can mark the address item N/A; a services-only business can mark the product catalog item N/A. Both are excluded from the score instead of counting against you.

Read your score and the red issue cards
Each unchecked item becomes a red card with the points it costs and a short, specific fix.

Fix the highest-weight issues first
Issue cards are sorted by points lost, so the top card is the one most worth fixing before you apply for Official Business Account status.

Come back and re-run the checklist after updating your profile, and again periodically — Meta can change what it looks for over time.

Frequently asked questions
Does this tool check my real WhatsApp account?
No. The grader is a self-reported checklist — you answer each question yourself in your browser. WACRM has no live connection to your WhatsApp Business Account and makes no Meta Graph API call to verify your answers.
Does a high score guarantee Official Business Account status?
No. A high score means you've covered the items within your control that Meta commonly reviews. Meta sets and can change its own criteria, and the decision to grant Official Business Account (green-tick) status is Meta's alone — WACRM cannot grant it or guarantee it.
How is the score calculated?
Each of the 11 checklist items has a fixed point weight, and the weights add up to 100. Checking an item adds its points to your score; leaving it unchecked costs those points. Items marked N/A are removed from both your score and the maximum, so the percentage only reflects what applies to your business. The scoring is entirely client-side arithmetic — nothing is hidden.
What if an item doesn't apply to my business?
Two items — business address and product catalog — have an N/A option built in, for fully online businesses with no public address and for service-only businesses with nothing to list. Marking N/A removes that item from the score instead of counting it as a failure.
Can WACRM work with a business in my country?
Yes. WACRM is delivered remotely, so a shop or service business in any country can use this grader and sign up for WACRM itself.
Does WACRM work in my industry?
Yes — the checklist applies to any business, in any industry, that talks to customers on WhatsApp, whether you sell products, book services, or both.
How do I pay for WACRM?
This grader is free with no email required. For WACRM itself, contracts and invoices are issued by Netbase JSC, and payment is by bank transfer to the company account or PayPal Business.
